Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges in Europe, the US, and the UK, with prepaid labels. You can return any product for any reason if purchased within 14 days of the order's delivery date .

How can I make a return?

1. CONTACT US

Contact us by sending an email with your order number to: info@artdelachemise.com

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Place the items IN THE SAME BOX in which you received them, completing the return form you will receive in response to your request, and reseal the package. If the original BOX is no longer available, we ask that you use a new, well-sealed package.

3. DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER

You can ship your package with our courier completely free of charge or with a courier of your choice. If you choose to ship with a courier of your choice, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping. If you choose a non-tracked shipping option, any returns that do not arrive at our warehouse will not be refunded.

4a. GET A REFUND

After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the returned items, and the corresponding amount will be credited to you using the same method used to place your order.

Any shipping costs relating to orders placed will not be refunded.

Once your return has been approved (items must be in perfect condition and with internal labels and tags attached), you will receive a Return Acceptance Confirmation email to confirm that the amount will be credited to your account within a few days.
For security reasons, we cannot refund to a card other than the one used to purchase.

4b. GET YOUR NEW ITEMS

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your new order. Once the return has been inspected (items must be in perfect condition and with the internal labels and tags still attached) and the products have been shipped, you will receive a Return Acceptance Confirmation email.
